Cancelation Policy


Summit Adventure Guides reserves the right to change or cancel any tour due to weather and/or for any other reason we are not able to control. We are however very flexible and always try to find another tour that would suit the weather better. In the event that a tour is altered significally or canceled on our behalf, guests have the right of a total refund if the tour has not started. We refund full amount if you cancel with at least 7 days´notice. We refund 80% of the amount if you cancel at least 4 hours before departure. We reserve right to cancellations within 4 hours before departures a no-show where refund is negotiable. You need to check in at assigned Meeting Point at least 20 minutes before departure (10 minutes for Meeting Point C), if you are late we reserve the right to follow no-show procedures which may include rescheduling to another time or total cancellation. We are however very flexible and try to solve problems with you and your plan in mind, just contact us in time to avoid no-show. 

Adventure activities involve inherent risk. By participating you understand that we do our best to eliminate risk and that you accept that you are responsible for your own actions that can lead to injuries and/or deaths.
Summit Adventure Guides or their guides accepts no responsibility for any injuries or deaths that can be traced to the participants negligence. Summit Adventure Guides accept no losses or costs caused by delays in transport, accidents or sickness.
We claim the right to deny a person to participate in a tour if they don't have sufficient clothing according to weather or if they show any signs of using any drugs and/or alcohol. Participants must be reasonably fit to take part in our activities and therefore we can deny a person to participate if our guides think the participant's fitness, condition or lack of proper clothing may cause risk to themselves or other participants.
